you've got to have this with the purchase of a new cooktop. this greatly eases the installation of the cooktop.

Our kit was missing a valve. Spent 3 hours trying to build one from other plumbing part before we realized the kit should have had it. Called our local sttore and they had one waiting at customer service for a refund and repurchase when I got there.

The gas line sold to me when I bought the stove wasn’t correct for my house. The installer said that I should return it. When I did return the gas line all that they would do was give me store credit. I was disappointed.

Didnt use but took back for a refund. The salesperson recommended it.

It was attached by Best Buy Contracter, so far it works on the stove.

Be careful with this gas line because it has a tendency to loosen when you move the oven back into place. To prevent this, make sure to use a strong thread tape or thread sealant when making your connection to your oven

Wasn’t really needed but purchased anyway. The salesman said I needed t for the installation and couldn’t use the old one. When they came to install they did say I could of used the old one since it was still good.

I dont think they installed new ones. Gas lines. I th I nk they used the existing lines

The kit was not used by the installation team of Best Buy group as I already had suitable gas connection and was taken back by the team. During last two months I am calling every week to customer service to recive refund for the kit, still didn't receive it. Today, 12/29 called again at 6 pm EST time. The representetive hold me on line for 40 min with excuse that she is checking if refund can be done, after 40 min call was disconnected, nobody called me back despite that always I am being asked to give my phone for call back at the beginig of conversation.

I do not smell gas, I guess it is good lol.. Always recommend new gas lines though when replacing.

This gas line unfortunately did not work as it was not compatible to the connection in our home. Item was returned with no issue. Would recommend as long as you check the compatibility to your home gas supply.

Easy to install , good quality , there is nothing-else you need to buy if you purchase this item

Cooktop installation required new gas hook-up line. Installation was completed without an issue.

Cannot positively or negatively rate. Had to return because my current stove was propane, not gas, so I did not need this item.

not sure if they'll install if you don't buy their accessory... nobody said I could buy my own for them to install... like most accessories necessary for installation they seem costly when you buy them from the store..

They left the wrong size gas line for our cooktop installation but the installer had the right size for us to purchase.

No issues with new range line. Old line needed to be replaced to bring up to current code.

I cannot review this bought item as the installers said they didn't need it. They used my old Range Gas Lines. Will I be getting a credit for this item?

We ordered these new lines to go along with a new Jenn Air we were having installed. The crew installed the lines with no problems. We like the yellow color as it is easier to see under the counter where we keep some small appliances and containers.

AFTER PURCHASE ING ANOTHER ADAPTER TO FIT THE STOVE CONNECTION !I HAD TO USE MY OLD GAS LINE CORD!CAUSE THE NEW CORD I ORDERED WITH/FOR IT WOULD NOT FIT.BUT INSTALLATION WAS GREAT AND HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS.
