Purchased gas line with my new stove from best buy. End up no need to replace due original gas line still in good condition according to best buy installer. return gas line

Working as well as expected except for the very thin and weak stove grates.

Best Buy requires that you purchase this item on a new install. Basically we ended up throwing out the old one. In my opinion. Best Buy should include free with the purchase of a new CookTop.

Gas line was installed by incompetent delivery guys the first time, but the second time my stove was delivered a different group of installers came which make me feel more secure with my purchase

I’m sure this is a good kit. Unfortunately the adapters are limited. And you’re forced to buy this with you appliance installation despite the fact that the included adapters are not guaranteed to fit. Honestly mind-boggling

Really wish that the kit would come with varies of adapter for your gas pipe. Mine didn’t come with one and was hoping it to be plug and play.

I purchased an older home and the fasteners were a smaller size. So I had to get a converter for the line and hook up the range myself. The installers wouldn't install the range because of the old line.

I have no real opinion about this product . I had to buy it for my installer who put in a new gas range for me.

Wouldn’t install a new cooktop without using new gas lines. These do the job.

Very flexible, easy to install and manipulate when pushing range to fit space.

Very stiff tubing, because of that my gas range stays out. Actually the previous gas line was much better anf flexible.

So far so good. I purchase the range gas line when I bought the Samsung Gas Convection range. IT match without any problem.

The new package was nice and if I had purchased the install, they would have had to find the right connections, but I went out to get the right parts and installed myself.

We received this gas flex, with our new range. It was a faulty flex we had to replace it, even though it was brand new out of the box. The gas company came out and confirmed it was a faulty flex.

Easy to use and install. A must have for anyone installing new appliances.

I was disappointed that the gas line recommended didn’t fit my range but luckily we were able to get one so that they could hook up the range

Unfortunately it was missing parts and had damage and "should not have been installed" (the person who came out on service call) Best Buy struggled MIGHTILY in customer service and no one called back though I had promises from several people in the chain. But Best Buy did come and take care of it after an in person visit to the store. This process took almost a month, it was frustrating.

my only complaint is that it didn't have the necessary fitting to attach to the wall so I had to change the valve out. Besides that it seems to get the gas from the wall to the range to make fire

Everything seems to be working just fine. Assume this is a quality piece
