Oven issue

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately it was missing parts and had damage and "should not have been installed" (the person who came out on service call) Best Buy struggled MIGHTILY in customer service and no one called back though I had promises from several people in the chain. But Best Buy did come and take care of it after an in person visit to the store. This process took almost a month, it was frustrating.

wrong size was delivered

The installation was a nightmare from the start. Tried to return the line and they wouldn't do it. We ended up giving it to someone who could use it.

Very rigid

I was sold the wrong part.

Didn't Fit
