Incorrectly installed; I had a gas leak afterwards

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ended up with a gas leak following the Geek Squad setup and delivery of my new stove; I retreated from my home until my local gas company could send someone out to check the stove out. The gas field technician asked me if Geek Squad had set up the line and I confirmed that they had, and asked how he knew it was Geek Squad. He shared that they generally incorrectly set up lines and that they failed to seal the pipe line and that caused gas to leak. He went on to say that they are not properly trained in gas line installation.

Wrong size gas line

Store sold a 6ft line and installer had me get a 4ft line in day of install. I returned 6ft line and informed the sales team of the situation for future sales. I hope it didn’t fall on deaf ears

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i may have been given wrong size connector. the end that connects to gas line doesn't fit(too small), so I had to use old fitting. this means that the backflow valve inside the fitting is not being used, that is a extra safety precaution I don't have.

Just a hose?

Of course I had to drive to the closest Lowe's to get a different model. Same brand, more parts but same price. Returned.
