Did not fit my home gas connection, had to buy a new one that did, and this item is no longer eligible for a return

Part works fine but was not abler to connect to my stove top. Had to go to Home Depot and buy another connector that was a size not in package.

When installing this to the gas line and stovetop, we had to go buy another connector. The one in the gas line connection was a male threaded connection, we required a female one. The gas line kit couldn't connect to the stovetop.

Had to purchase this with new range, for them to install.

This gas hose, looked and felt like a quality hose. They didn't appear to cut any corners, which is important, when you're dealing with gas.

So far so good of an item for the washer i had purchased.

You sold me the wrong size for my stove#################

Cheaply made product for the price. Wish Best Buy sold a higher quality item.

Do not buy. There is an electrical issue that I have been dealing with at least 6 months ago. It keeps quitting on me and I was unable to cook during Christmas or Easter. If I could I would give it zero stars. I’m writing this review to help others understand this stove is not a good model. A lot of electrical flaws

Wrong lines were sent but the installers insists they were correct and left the range sticking out over 4 inches. Had to pay separate person to come and check and he switched the lines and our gas range does not stick out now but we paid double for parts and labor. Please recommend the correct parts and also have installers who know what to do instead of just coming and rushing to leave without doing a professional install.

We would be most happy with this purchase if it came intact however the bottom storage drawer is damaged. We had to accept this item or return it and wait another few weeks for a replacement. We could have done this but you had already taken the old range for disposal. We had to wait over five weeks for the item to arrive and then you delayed delivery another week for some unknown reason. Your service has been exemplary until now. Please advise when we may expect the drawer replacement.

I got at least 4 pre install updates. The day of the install your team decides to tell me they don’t have this in stock and I need to get it myself from somewhere else. They’ll be there in 2 hours. Oh great. Also you still charged me for this product and have yet to issue credit. Best Buy you can do better!!!!!

You have no choice but to purchase these additional products because Best Buy does not want any liability for using the the existing lines. The connections are adequate but not the best according to our plumber.

we just purchased for the new stove and the 1 star is really for the installer because he reused the connection piece to the black pipe which I'm pretty sure you should put a new one on incase of any cross threading.

Line is not long enough for variety of installations, so had to buy another one and will have to return this one. Would have preferred to have a longer one included to accommodate installation.

The salesman included this in with the order. It did not fit with my gas line so the handyman had the correct size to make it work. It is an easy item to install, you need to know correct size fitting.

This item was not used by the installers because they didn’t have the right parts to use it. They took it with them to return it to the store. Still waiting for a response from Best Buy that they received it and get my refund since I paid for it.

Went with all the suggestions after purchasing new stove. I had the stove installed by Best Buy so I’m ok w the product
