Was not given the hookup line pictured. Was instead given a gas line designed for dryers that did NOT fit the range. Called the gas line manufacturer that told me that the one I was given wasn't rated for a gas range anyway. All fittings were the wrong size. Ended up having to search town for 2 hours looking for the correct size line at a store that had it in stock. Otherwise it would have been an easy 20 minute install.

Line did not fit existing piping. On the bright installer had back up and propane stove has performed quite we!!. I would buy again with installation provided as part of package.

Did not use the product due to the installation crew did not have the proper tools to remove the old line. I will be returning the new line to the store for credit to my account.

The range gas line was too short. It did not fit the oven.

Didn't need this item for my new stove hook up. Returned back to Best Buy for a credit. Best Buy gave me a credit pronto. Thank you!

Came opened and missing a piece or two. Had to go to the store to buy another piece.

Was emailed stating product was ready for pick up. I was handed a dryer electrical power cord. Complete incompetence. Canceled item. Shopped at competitor's store. Worst customer service I ever experienced at Best Buy.

Looks very sturdy not like the one i had before. I feel safer with this product just by looking at it.

This is a pro accessory to connect my New range. Easy connection between the gas line and the stove!!!

I purchased a gas range from Best Buy and in the description, it said that their Range Gas Line is REQUIRED in order for the range to work properly and to be installed. It's NOT!! If you're replacing an old gas range, the one you already have will do just fine (provided that it's not worn). Not only that, but in New York state, the delivery team is not allowed to install gas related merchandise. Seems to me that Best Buy states that this item is REQUIRED only to charge you more and make another sale. If you already have one, you can use the one you have.

For a $1200 stove. This gas line should come with the appliance. No need to make the consumer pay for it.

The wrong kit was sent. The salesperson was clearly instructed that the range would be using LP and the kit to adapt the range was not sent. So, days before Thanksgiving I'm without a stove and a new appt. has been made to return and complete the installation on Nov 29. Not happy. total mess up.

CAN GET BEHIND STOVE NOW TO CLEAN THE GAS LINE IS LONGER I AM ALWAYS BUYING PRODUCTS FROM BEST BUY

Came with 1 and only 1 connector. Comparable kits at your average hardware store come with 3 to make sure they are compatible with the wall and appliance. Not worth it. Just go buy one at any hardware store in advance and make sure it comes with multiple couplings/converters.

The hose was wrong one for gas fitting? Best Buy doesn’t even carry correct one in house per our gas company which let us the right one just in case ! Lucky they did ! Nothing against hose it just was wrong one and still waiting for our refund ?

New appliances need new parts for hook up. Let the professionals do it. And it will be care fee.

The crappy adapter which comes with this hose is junk and you will leak gas. This is the hose BestBuy sends when you pay for installation. As the installer put the pipe onto the gas nozzle, I could see it wobble. I refused to let the installation continue, meaning I paid for a service and junk part I shouldn't have. Had to go to Home Depot for correct stuff.

Over priced, purchased elsewhere considerably cheaper.
