NO part with stove delivery

Now I’ve got a brand new stove sitting in my kitchen on my way not being used because this part was it in stock. Why bring the stove if the part is missing with the order? I’m highly upset.

Best Buy Total Tech Membership

KitchenAid Range arrived BROKEN!

Poor quality control! It was delivered on 11-6-2020. No other range in stock. I am still waiting for a repair person to arrive. They are supposed to come on 11-18. Who knows if they will have the parts available. Best Buy was less than helpful.
