Best Buy is to blame here

This all after the range was just dropped in my kitchen in its box not installed.

Gas leak right out of the box

Best Buy didn’t troubleshoot that it was the hose that was causing the gas leak and tried to have me return my brand new oven that I just bought from Best Buy. Very disappointed.

This hose leaked

The cabinet is low to the ground and I have a bad back but as soon as the contractor came over he smelled gas. I reached out to Best Buy and within 90 minutes the gas line was replaced

In their experience, when this particular line is used, the gas does not properly flow to the oven.
