Not pleased

I complained but I was offered a 125 gift certificate 2 weeks ago. I still have the damaged gas range and I have not recieved any certificate. This is wrong.

Now I have to wait until 03/03/21. I was charged for this item and the installation team took it with them. There has been no compensation from Tech/Customer Support.

MAKE SURE SIZE OF LINE NEEDED !

Needed 1/2" instead of 5/8" and installer did not have any reducing connectors, so I had to take it back to best buy and get a refund and buy a new 1/2" line @ Home Depot and reschedule installation.

Dont buy this item

It is not pliable and will not adjust so if your gas line comes up through the floor your range may not go flush against the wall. We bought a double oven so the recess on the back is small.

They said fittings should have been Aluminum, not brass. We had a gas leak when detected and tested by SoCalGas of 20%.

So why they sold and charged me for this? idk, nor was the refund returned automatically like i was told.

I need a replacement or my money back. Also, my contractor won't be coming back to install. So will need a free installation by Best Buy as. courtesy.

Seems like professional installation tech's should carry an assortment of fittings for situations like this.

Gas connection

I was CHARGED $100.00 CASH for the driver to connect it to the wall. No one at Best Buy told me I would be charged the additional $100.00
