It didnt fit my stovetop. The first one didn't fit, I exchanged it, and the 2nd one didn't fit. Don't know why. Thought converter would be a standard size. LOVE my GE cooktop.Didn't fit

Smells like gas is leaking all the time. Best Buy install. not me.

It was the wrong size for my house connection so I had to buy one from the installer.

I have no idea if this product has been installed on our oven. Its unbelievable that we purchased an oben in august and still don't have one that operates properly.

Best buy sent the wrong gas line hook up with the stove top.

This was purchased with the gas cooktop, but when the cooktop was installed, found that the fittings were the wrong size. Installers had to run to a Home Improvement store and get a hose with the correct size connectors

The flex line used to hook up the stove was installed incorrectly. We had to have the gas company come out as there was a gas leak. We still have not been able to turn the stove back on.

So we purchased a stove and the line in March 2017, its July 2020 and we are replacing it. I do think that we should be having to replace so early but hey its 2020 and its surprising us all!

Never delivered with order. Had to ask for refund . Horrible.

Never installed installers used the old connectors that were already at my house from the old stove and refrigerator. I was supposed to receive refunds and never did

This gas hose purchase was required for my gas range to be hooked up but the guys who came said they were unable to hook my gas range up. I ended up using the old one and had my brother hook up my gas range. Best Buy had me purchase this for nothing.

third party installation did not bring this kit !!! They use from different manufacturers to Install !!!

Installers said this was the wrong size and would not install

Unhappy I was not informed about paying for this item on the day of the service.

You made me buy this piece of junk even tyou couldn't provide the stove that I paid for

I have ordered this item along with the range install. Installation guys turned up without this basic necessary part. do they even know what they do? NO knowledge.

They make you purchase this with your new stove and they really shouldn't. Yes, I get why, but it wasn't even the right size for my house so they had the go back and had to get the right one.

I imagine the gas flexible must be good, but the Best Buy Install team was so BAD i had to return the item and get a refund. So, i cannot review something i never got. But I assume is good!

Didn't need it except for a coupling from it. Don't like that I couldn't return it beforehand. Only recommended if truly needed.

I'm sure it would work fine, but I got a new gas line and the required fittings elsewhere for much less. Also, the delivery team didn't bring it with the new cooktop as it says they will.
