The gas line is a 5/8" OD, but what it does NOT tell you is that your gas line must be 1/2" thread. Mine is a 3/4" gas line. Of coarse this means that I can not get it installed and I need to " call a plumber" because they do not carry any reducers. Then they tell me "it happens all the time". What a convenient way not to have to hook up and install my stove, like was promised. Luckly I could get the reducer at a home supply warehouse and install everything myself. Thank you BB.

Recommend new line for new appliance. Works as intended.

There is no adjustment--it is one size fits all. So if your home is older, you will need additional parts--like a flare reducer, because this line may not work as provided in the kit. Know the size of the line into your house--the one on the oven is standard, no problem. The inbound line, not so much. You may even have to replace your inbound valve, which is definitely not a part of standard install.

The stove was not installed evenly, the back of the stove is lower than the front, so cooking oil rolls to the back of a pan. It was not demonstrated on installation, which would have shown that the touch pad on the front of the stove doesn't work

did not need this and installer took it back and now I am stuck with paying for it and it is a fight to get my $40 back on my charge. we already had a new line and they used that and should have left kit for us so we could return it. so if your line is new make sure you get the kit for your refund.

I get the free delivery from Best Buy's third party. Best Buy is currently working on training and having their own gas installers. Third party could not use this product, did not have a different line and thus could not install properly. I had a professional gas plumber install my range. He had everything needed. He turned off gas at outside - less gas entering house with no risk during install. He insured range was level; gas line had no leaks, and all burners & oven worked. This line did not match with my 17 year old gas line. So product was returned.

I purchased this item with a new range. The installers said it was the incorrect line. They charged me more to go buy the correct item, and charged me for it.

Paid for this to go with my new stove and this was too big so I had to buy another one so I’m not sure why it’s added/sold when you pay for installation

Return policy period is too short. It should give customers at least a 30- days.

The crew did not show up. and never called me. I was waiting at home all day.
