Good product. It’s just a gas line so not much to say other than it works as designed. Replaced the old line when I changed the gas cooktop. No issues.

I have no gas stove before. so have to make sure its safe in house, especially I live in north. cool weather keep house cant open window or door to fresh air. this one is good. no need to worry about it

This was the perfect choice for the installation of our new gas range. Even though the installer brought his own, and I subsequently returned this one to Best Buy, he indicated it would have been perfect for the job.

We have really struggled with our delivery and installation of all of the appliances that we purchased - in excess of $8000. While I feel that Best Buy is doing a great job handling the COVID challenges, the local store handling of the service appointments has made things more difficult. It took 3 attempts to get someone here to complete the job Jared has been excellent ! He is very professional and knowledgeable and also takes the time to talk you through questions. I love my new kitchen, and Jared has made it worth the 10 weeks wait. Highly commended and recommended

My old stove had been in the house for quite some time, so required or not, it was necessary to replace this hookup. Installers did a quick and professional job.

I bought this along with my new stove so that Best Buy would install for free. The installers had no difficulties with the installation and I haven't witnessed any gas leaks yet so I must give it 5 stars.

When I went in to buy my stove I didn't want to be up sold and I made that perfectly clear. After the sales man told me how old my stove was and that I needed a new line it made sense. Thoroughly impressed.
