    We have really struggled with our delivery and installation of all of the appliances that we purchased - in excess of $8000. While I feel that Best Buy is doing a great job handling the COVID challenges, the local store handling of the service appointments has made things more difficult. It took 3 attempts to get someone here to complete the job Jared has been excellent ! He is very professional and knowledgeable and also takes the time to talk you through questions. I love my new kitchen, and Jared has made it worth the 10 weeks wait. Highly commended and recommended

    We purchased new gas range to replace our older one. This part is required for installation. The installer attached it to the gas line and to the range. Easy to install. Works as expected. No gas leaking.

    It is a very good gas line to purchase, especially since it becomes a free delivery for your oven. It is always safer to have a new gas line, than to leave the one that is over 13 years old for your new oven.
