I recently purchased a new stove from Best Buy and ordered an additional gas pipe, not realizing it wouldn’t be needed until the installation was completed. Unfortunately, the delivery of my stove was delayed at the last minute, which forced me to reschedule my gas line installation. Because of this unexpected delay—caused by Best Buy—the timing no longer aligned. Once the stove was finally installed, the technician confirmed that the extra gas pipe I purchased wasn’t necessary. I attempted to return it, but Best Buy refused the refund because it was past their return window, even though the delay was due to their own scheduling issue. My frustration isn’t with the product itself but with the customer service. It’s disappointing that Best Buy didn’t take responsibility for the delay that caused the return to fall outside their policy. A little flexibility and accountability would have gone a long way.

We needed to get this gas line in order to install our new gas range. It is well made and installed with no issues. I recommend it.

APpears to be working just fine no problems with line at all. I think the line could’ve been a little bit shorter though so that my range will be more flush to the wall.

bought this original gas pipe for our new range. i highly recommend the original accessories to be installed with new appliances as it assures the warranty.

Hired a plumber to install a new gas line and connect the oven. He used this kit as is. Said it was a good quality kit and we shouldn't have any issues with it.

What can I say, it’s a line to hookup a stove… It works and I’ve not had any problems with it.
