When I bought the stove, they told me I would need to buy an adapter for the installation, but it turned out it wasn't needed because the installation already had one. So I went to return it, but it turns out the adapter they gave me wasn't the one I bought. When I tried to exchange it, they couldn't do it because they said the adapter wasn't the one I purchased. They told me I had to call a number and file a complaint, which is a lot of time I don't have and don't intend to waste. Best Buy definitely needs to improve its quality control.
