    Definitely worth the peace of mind for safety of using gas oven . You want this to be new and solid . Got it with purchase of new oven and am very pleased .

    This was a needed item for our new oven. Not sure how good it is but it probably does the job. Hate thy I have to add it in addition to the cost of the oven and installation costs for the oven.

    I had to purchase the gas line in order to be eligible for the Best Buy installation. Not sure there was anything wrong with the existing gas line - but I guess it never hurts to swap them out every 15 years!

    Thank Goodness, we had a new gas line and anti tip bracket installed.Original(20 year old )gas line had a hole @ conection valve.I thought I smelled faint gas odor prior.Joe D.did a great job installing.

    If you replace your stove and the gas line is older than 7-10 years replace the gas line. Even if you don't buy a new stove and your stove is older replace the gas line and supply nipple, don't take any chances.
