Does it’s job. Need for new stove install. Needs to be packaged with stove.

The range gas line is a "necessary evil" required if the range is installed by Best Buy's installers. However, it is one of those "peace of mind" items, when installed properly prevents a nasty natural gas leak.

Had to purchase for the stove install. No issues and no leaks.

Hmmm what can I say except that it must have worked correctly. I'm getting excellent gas control to my cook top. LOL I would recommend it because it would be very hard to use the stove without gas.

I had no choice or input into this purchase. That makes me a little sad, but not as sad as a gas leak would

Easily installed by professional delivery men. The installer had 25 years of experience. I was impressed with the quality of the modern range gas line.

I haven't used this item yet. I'll come back with the review when I use it.

Much need a new one. It was on sale and I got it just in time.

I wish my review could be more helpful, but suffice it to say I purchased this piece at the suggestion of the sales people, and I'm ever so glad I did. At installation, I was told that a new line is always a good idea, because...and here I end, because I really don't remember why. Actually, it turns out that Best Buy will allow the delivery person, who has been trained, to install the new gas range only if a new line is used. As I recall, the line was about $30, and delivery was free, so in the end it proved to be a whole lot less expensive than having a plumber come to the house!. Good on ya, Best Buy! (said with that wonderful Aussie accent ~)

Frankly I bought the gas line for convenience, since I do not want to take another trip to warehouse store. Plus to have them installing or hooking up the range, I must buy it as part of the package.

We got a new cooktop and instead of trying to find hose connectors in a hardware store, we went with this kit supplied by Best Buy. Connection was straight forward.

I don't know anything about plumbing parts or gas lines, but it seems to do the job. My only question would be--do I have to buy the "recommended" installation kit or could I get these types of parts cheaper somewhere else?

I guess they automatically recommend that you replace the gas line when replacing the range. We did…seems like a good quality line.

Easy to connect and comes with fittings you need does not come with shut off valve tho must buy that seperate which for the price of this line it should come with the shut off vavle

The connectors were functional from my old gas range so new wires not needed.

Have not hooked up yet still getting kitchen put back together
