I guess they automatically recommend that you replace the gas line when replacing the range. We did…seems like a good quality line.

Hmmm what can I say except that it must have worked correctly. I'm getting excellent gas control to my cook top. LOL I would recommend it because it would be very hard to use the stove without gas.

The range gas line is a "necessary evil" required if the range is installed by Best Buy's installers. However, it is one of those "peace of mind" items, when installed properly prevents a nasty natural gas leak.

The items were discounted big time because of the Total Tech program.

We got a new cooktop and instead of trying to find hose connectors in a hardware store, we went with this kit supplied by Best Buy. Connection was straight forward.

I know that it is a good product but this particular one was returned because the one on our old stove was still good

Frankly I bought the gas line for convenience, since I do not want to take another trip to warehouse store. Plus to have them installing or hooking up the range, I must buy it as part of the package.

Bought because we had to when we purchased our new range????? Did return it and recieved a full refund. Rather pricey to purchase from Best Buy

Brands mart insisted on purchase of this with a new cooktop, didn't need it so I returned it.

This gas line was needed because fittings are larger on this stove. Heavy duty construction. Well worth the price paid. would buy again.

I wish my review could be more helpful, but suffice it to say I purchased this piece at the suggestion of the sales people, and I'm ever so glad I did. At installation, I was told that a new line is always a good idea, because...and here I end, because I really don't remember why. Actually, it turns out that Best Buy will allow the delivery person, who has been trained, to install the new gas range only if a new line is used. As I recall, the line was about $30, and delivery was free, so in the end it proved to be a whole lot less expensive than having a plumber come to the house!. Good on ya, Best Buy! (said with that wonderful Aussie accent ~)

Easy to connect and comes with fittings you need does not come with shut off valve tho must buy that seperate which for the price of this line it should come with the shut off vavle

The new hoses is always a plus! New appliances should always be paired with new accessories!

It was easy to connect. There was no damage to it when it arrived, and everything needed was included.

Just a simple gas stove that lights consistently, cooks evenly.

I don't know anything about plumbing parts or gas lines, but it seems to do the job. My only question would be--do I have to buy the "recommended" installation kit or could I get these types of parts cheaper somewhere else?

Installers did a nice job with effort to ensure all debris was picked up. They were very careful. To not damage the cabinets.

although I purchased this product in conjunction with a new gas cooktop, the installers were able to use the existing gas line thus saving me money.

An item that is a mandatory purchase when you include installation services with your stove purchase. It’s best to replace your old with new and I wasn’t upset about this mandatory purchase
