    didn't have many options -- as this is the one that comes recommended. It appears identical to the existing one. BBY requires a new line for its technician to install.

    You need this if you get a new gas range and your old hose won’t work. If you install your oven yourself, remember to buy pipe sealer at the hardware store.

    These lines were sold at the time of stove purchase. It was a great add on purchase so that we had everything that we needed for hookup when the stove was delivered.

    Glad I purchased. Went from a 20 year old electric stove to this wonderful gas. I have the old style really small gas end. Fortunately the Best Buy installer had the correct adapter. He only had one and said he doesn't always carry them. Check that out ahead!

    I did not have to install. When the range was delivered to the house, the delivery man hooked the stove up in minutes. He showed me how to use the new range and was on his way. No issues at all.

    Ordered smart choice hose for gas installation as shown in picture but received a different brand in a plastic bag. Not sure if the quality is the same. Had no time to return to the store or reorder so I just used what was delivered with my range.
