Purchased this when I got my new stove needed a new gas line.

Buying a new stove made this a very 'common sense' purchase.

If you buy the gas line they install the stove for free.

New stove needs new connect for longevity, enough said

Absolutely absurd. I spent over 3.5k in 2 weeks at Best Buy, purchasing appliances, TV, and accessories. We had a home delivery and they were supposed to deliver all of the items as well as complete an installation service. Nope. Got 3/4 items and service was not completed. The fridge was left in the living room, not the kitchen, this gas line hose was not delivered, the fridge was not installed. Everything on my order details online says completed: Service completed, Delivery completed, which is absolute b. Later that day of the delivery, when my dad called me informing me of the missing item, I called Best Buy customer support. I was on the phone for 3 hours, disconnected several times just as the refund was getting set up and sent. So, I gave up and figured I would go to the store when I went home that weekend. I went back to the store where I paid for the items and asked for a refund. I had to wait >45 minutes in the customer service line just for them so put me on the queue for another department because they couldn’t give me a $33 refund for an item I did not receive. Went to that department, waited another 45 minutes. The employee got to me and set up the refund, extremely nice and understanding, but he had to call the manager for approval. The manager said no because we could be lying, which blew my mind. Given, he is right, we could be, but who has time to spend over 5 hours trying to reach Best Buy on two separate occasions to get $30 dollars back. THIRTY. especially when I spent over 3k... Three thousand, I do not want $30 back. Who has that kind of time for that small of a refund. Even then, let’s say they did deliver the item, as stated on my account, and I want to return it. There’s a return button for the item, BUT IT TAKES ME NOWHERE. There’s an error message, so clearly somewhere in the system, they know that there is a mistake somewhere, but choose to accuse me of lying, which okay. fine. I understand it, because there may be people who do that but understand that 1) I spent so much that I don’t want that much back anymore and 2) i do not have time for this. I would work and make the money back but it’s not about the money. So yeah, at that point, it was no longer about the money, but more about the principle of it and not allowing for their employees to lie about things like that because it puts customers in a terrible spot. So that’s why I’m here. Although, it might not happen to you, it should be known that it does happen. but it shouldn’t. I really liked and respected Best Buy, which was why I came here to purchase everything, but now I understand my dad’s hesitation to even step foot in a store and I will no longer be purchasing anything here. Thank you Best Buy, it has not been a great time, wish the best for you. : )

No choice of gas range connector length with purchase of gas range. 4' connector seems to be adequate.

I don't smell gas so I guess they work as advertised!
