Faulty Flex

It was a faulty flex we had to replace it, even though it was brand new out of the box. The gas company came out and confirmed it was a faulty flex.

Not Pleased

I would have thought something that is as important as providing gas to an appliance will be made a little more thicker rigid to avoid gas leaks. The range installation went fine however the dryer installation was a nightmare there was a gas leak and I've been waiting since last week for this to be addressed.

BEWARE OF MEDFORD, OR BEST BUY

The medford Or store is managed by a person that has no comman sense and very poor buisness skills , her name is " Monic"& she has the mental capaicity of a grape. BEWARE of trusting Best Buy to stand behind their products. Do your research Best Buy is not where you want to spend your money, unless you just like going to court because that is where Best Buy is headed and once again THEY WILL BE THE DEFENDANT

Better installation

It would have fix if the installer was willing to remove addition from old appliance. There was not any adjustments in this package. I hag to end up buying another package from Home Depot. The installer gave me the wrong size to get an addition. I suggest more knowledgeable installer in the future.
