Just because everyone is doing it, doesn't make it right.

Bad experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was advised I needed this installation kit,and according to the package it contained all I needed to complete the installation of my new stove. That probably is true if all the necessary items were in the box, but they were not. I got the yellow hose, but no sealant, no pipe thread, no fitting. The box had someone else's name on it, so perhaps it was returned by that person. In the middle of the project I had to go to Home Depot to get the needed supplies that supposedly were in the box I purchased. This was not an easy trip on a Saturday afternoon.

Not a complete kit

It only comes with 1/2' by 1/2' so be awake of that if you don't have that connection.

Couldn't use it!

The kit was not compatible with our gas line. The outlet on the range was the same diameter as the gas line in the floor but the kit BestBuy sold us was not the right diameter.

Worst experience of my life - $6k on a high end appliance.

Was not deliverered with appliances

The delivery people said they don't have it. I don't have tome to call and out put on hold and follow up. I would rather just buy one from home depot snd forget the whole thing, but it is sad.
