Did not use this, sent it back. Had to get propane Co to install the stove.

I was required to buy this with the purchase of my gas range. I was not given an option to which hose to buy. The installation people said it was the wrong one and so used my old one and instructed me to return this one.

Returned it due to no one was able to install I was not told this store had no one to install

It appeared used. Box was damaged and it was missing some parts from the package. My technician installing it said it must have been second hand or something.

the gas line looks sturdy but when connected to the range, we found gas leak from the connector. I had tested with a gas leak detector and found the leak from one of the ends. I had to purchase a new one to fix the leak

did not include parts needed for install so install didn't happen, waiting on refund of install

Oh yeah, sell me this piece but forget to tell me that the valve needs to be replaced to on the day of install....the day of install gets you. I fought this "all included" claim and had the Store pay for the extras.

Line too long, just used any one, wasn't offered a choice

Buy BRASSCRAFT instead. Smart choice junction components weak.

Protect what. it isn't installed. When are you going to install the product? When we get it installed we can review. Review for getting the product and installing it would be nice.

Had to get this because of appliance purchase, but ended up returning appliances because of major scratches & couldn’t get it replaced because Best Buy no longer sold , didn’t need gas line because of return

Don't buy this from Best Buy!! It doesn't include a reducing coupling for a connection to a gas line in an older home. Home Depot's kit has everything that's needed at a comparable price.

was hooked up with gas but plugged into the outlet on the counter had my son hook up the electric part gas was leaking from hose that was not hooked up properly

Did not use they brought a 5/8 house I needed a 1/2 inch

I know these are on my bill but they were never installed.

I'm sure this is a good product but my installer said it is the wrong one. He said Best Buy keeps selling it to customers even though he had told them numerous times. Luckily he had the correct one and I bought it from him for the same price and returned this one.

They sold me the wrong one, so I had to purchase one from my contractor the day they were installing my range, at a much higher price.

Item did not work and was defective leaking ⛽️. The expense was unnecessary as I ended up purchasing a hose that was longer and wider to prevent any leakage of fumes.

I ended up returning this gas line because the plumber that ran my line offered a better one to me with a shut off valve. Plumbers was $5 less. Purchase one with a shut off valve.

Salesman told me this was going to be a 6 foot long flex gas pipe, so I said i would take it because it would be a little longer than my current one. It arrived with the new range and was only 4 foot. The installers said this is the only one they have or use.
