Product appears to meet requirements. Unfortunately, Best Buy seems to suffer from a fatal inability to communicate internally as to how this item is to be included in the tools that their "installers" need to actually install the oven(s) that need them. I had three sets of installers; none of them came equipped with this item. For the third set, I had to previously go to a Best Buy store and buy an additional hose so that the third install would be the charm. It worked, no thanks to Best Buy. Now I have to get my money back from the initial seemingly phantom purchase.

I dislike the idea that you have to purchase a new gas line everytime you buy a stove.

connections for gas range were well made and nicely finished.

Never really saw it, the installers just opened it and put it in.

Gas lines were perfect and new! I recommend you change the old ones and get new ones! Why not!!!

Licensed installer had the correct range gas line needed on site; and the installation went very quickly.

Great gas line, it was a little long for the job but tucks out of the way if needed

Needed a new gas line hookup for my new gas stove as old one was worn and unusable. New gas line is safe and effective and works with the new stove.

This product is great as many other companies charge an arm and a leg best buy provides the same quality product at a cost effective price.

The product itself for the stove top had to be returned it was defective.

Grateful that the delivery guy brought all needed hook up equipment.

This probably works fine. The problem is it's hooked up to a gas oven purchased the same day at Best Buy in Greece that does not heat up. Trying to get a hold of anyone is a nightmare. Call Center is a joke. It doesn't appear anyone there knows their right from their left. I'm left just waiting for them to remove this piece of garbage so I can go somewhere else to spend my money and get a stove that WORKS. Stay away from there!! You also could STOP sending me these items to review..unless you enjoy getting crapped on. I'm ok with that.

you may not purhcase the gas range without this - sso its a no brainer
