While I feel that Best Buy is doing a great job handling the COVID challenges, the local store handling of the service appointments has made things more difficult. It took 3 attempts to get someone here to complete the job Jared has been excellent ! He is very professional and knowledgeable and also takes the time to talk you through questions. I love my new kitchen, and Jared has made it worth the 10 weeks wait. Highly commended and recommended

We installed it and promptly forgot about it, which, in it's own way is kind of a compliment for a piece of infrastructure.

The installers had no difficulties with the installation and I haven't witnessed any gas leaks yet so I must give it 5 stars.

Skeptical But Needed

After the sales man told me how old my stove was and that I needed a new line it made sense. Thoroughly impressed.
