    Purchased (2) water line kits for ice maker and refrigerator. Both have missing parts , worthless. They look like someone deliberately has stolen these out of the package prior to BestBuy representative handed them to me. These are listed as no longer returnable, due to BestBuy error in my order processing. Would like to return or receive a complete kit as paid for

    they said I had to buy this special connection for the new refrigerator I purchased. come to find out I could have gotten the items from Home Depot for less. The hoses were good quality, but I just feel like if they are so important why not just included them with the fridge.
