We had to buy the water connections for a new GE monogram stainless steel refrigerator and we had to buy extra parts to make it fit.

We bought all Thermador Appliences from best buy and we love them but had problem with freezer and waterline. Water line exploded during Covid and my base damaged. Everything was close that time. We turned off water line. Since then I have called so many times and personally I was at Schaumburg and Kaldeer location bit no-one helped just told call here and there Even I had Total Tech membership. I Dont know how to resolve this issue. We spend 14000-15000 on that appliance and are in BIG TROUBLE.
