    Piece of mind that the odds are more in your favor of NOT having a water leak. I actually knew a co-worker that his second floor was flooded which resulted in a total nightmare. I highly recommend stainless steel lines vs rubber.

    I purchased a new refrigerator so I wanted to also buy a new waterline hook up. This one was highly rated so I purchased it. It's only a month old, so I don't know how long it will last, but I have not had any leaks so far.

    Nobody likes to be told they have to purchase a water line as part of a free delivery and install. However, when I took a good look at the plastic line for the old fridge, I was happy to have the upgrade. The price was reasonable and the quality is good. I feel better about the water leak possibilities being reduced. If you are getting the installation, get this water line.
