Make sure installers thoroughly check for leaks!

The challenge for me was more about what happened after the install; the delivery persons were careless about shoving the refrigerator too deep into the back wall, which struck the valve and rotated enough to cause a leak in the valve (not the waterline). Shortly after the installers left, I had a flood. Luckily I shut the water off quickly and my kitchen is above the garage, so the damage was limited.

Refrigerator water kit

The kit is a nice stainless steel finish, long enough, and flexible to pull the refrigerator out to clean dust/dirt out that normally accumulates under and around a refrigerator. Definitely worth the purchase whether a refrigerator is installed by Best Buy or if you install a new refrigerator.

Frig Water Kit

I had the hook up for water already. Sales person at Best Buy was kind and pleasant to deal with. Very understanding and apologetic about our situation.
