Good quality but overpriced

A little annoying that you have to buy it from best buy to get the free total tech install. Doesn't seem like a great strategy to rip off your most loyal customers when they can buy an equivalent product somehwere else for noticeably less.

Frig Water Kit

I had the hook up for water already. Sales person at Best Buy was kind and pleasant to deal with. Very understanding and apologetic about our situation.

It was done in 3 min because we already have the T-connector with a valve installed by the plumer !

The installer had it up and running rather quickly so it is not complicated and apparently easy to install. No problems yet and don't expect any. They have good nerd team backup if anything comes up.

Good material to replace plastic!

You need to replace the original plastic tubing that the home builder put in. The reason I didn't give it 5 starts is that it just seems to me that it is a requirement (racket?) of Best Buy that we must purchase the kit when they are going to do the installation, regardless of what type of hose I already had, and that all their connection kits are priced right at $30.
