    Good quality, but overpriced. A little annoying that you have to buy it from best buy to get the free total tech install. Doesn't seem like a great strategy to rip off your most loyal customers when they can buy an equivalent product somehwere else for noticeably less.

    Very easy to hook up and included everything needed. I like the stainless-steel braided hose as it is very flexible when you have to move the refrigerator in or out doesn't get tangled up.

    When you purchase a new refrigerator and have it delivered/hooked up, you must also purchase the waterline hose. This one costs more than the one you would buy from Sears, but this one is of a better quality as the hose itself is wrapped in stainless steel vs just a vinyl hose. I think it should last a lot longer than just the vinyl type of waterline.

    I purchased the Smart Choice - Stainless Steel Waterline Installation Kit to go with my new French door refrigerator. The previous line was non-flexible copper line that would make me nervous every time I pulled out the fridge to clean, with this line being flexible and super strong and I no longer worry it will get a leak moving the fridge out its area to clean.
