I was not going to be home when our new fridge was going to be delivered. I needed the item installed to the water line. When using the installation from Best Buy , we were required to purchase a water line. I’m told the install team was thankful that we purchased this model and it made for a quick setup.

We recently moved into a new home and purchased a new fridge. Best Buy installed our new fridge and used the waterline kit. We were so impressed with the guys that installed our fridge, very informative and cordial. They took great care on our wood floors too, which was much appreciated. 3 weeks in the home and no leaks. It is working great!

Hard to review a hose. It hasn't leaked so I suppose it is a good product. Time will tell

Item worked as expected. We did not install but it appeared to have been easy to use by the installers.

I am enjoying my new refrigerator. The ice maker is so cool! No pun really. The ice is easy to get to and the bin is removable should you desire to take it to the table or counter. I love the door in a door too. Makes getting food you use most accessible quickly without having to open the entire door.

Don’t real know how to review this item. Seems to work as expected.

Stainless steel does what it's suppose to do. No leaks so far. Fridge can be pushed against the wall very close.

Was just what I needed. Best Buy had the right cable.

The braided stainless steel reinforced water line seems to be of commercial quality & consider it an excellent choice for a residential water supply for a refrigerator/freezer. Keep in mind the weak points are the connections, so be thorough in the connection make up. Otherwise, hire a professional plumber to make up the connections.

Worked great no leaks. Installation was a piece of cake.

The new waterline was purchased to go along with our new dishwasher. We opted to pay for the install, and everything was in the box (along with the waterline) to complete the install. I would suggest purchasing a new waterline each time rather than using an old waterline. Fit perfectly.

Well…so far it seems to be working fine. I never ever saw it because the gentleman who delivered it did the installing as well. There’s no poop of water surrounding the fridge so I can only assume it’s working fine!

My refrigerator was delivered by two guys did an excellent job setting it up and connecting the waterline , kudos to both of them
