The product is good quality and very easy to install

The assembly was provided with our new refrigerator. I agree that if one is going through the trouble to install a new refrigerator, it only makes sense to replace the old refrigerator water supply line. This one is braided so the quality looks first-rate.

We purchased a refrigerator and new washer/dryer well in advance of the closing date of new house! Then as we were getting done to D Day, I was call by a foreigner who could barely speak English! After listening to the message that was left 5-6 times, I finally got a note that something was wrong with the order! And to call a certain number? I called that number and the first person could not speak very good English either, I tried to decipher the message, but could not! I hung up and called a second number, this lady could speak better English, but the background noise oh kids and chickens made this called to end. The third person I called could speak better English and after being told in very poor English that there was going to be a delay in delivery of the over $4000 order that was placed far enough in advance to prevent this kinda problem, the third person I spoke to about this and found there should be no problem! And I turned out the the morning of the closing, when we arrived at the new house, the Best But truck was there waiting to unload! Thanks , Best Buy?

Easy to use and the quality seems great. Priced good also.

The LG refrigerator that we purchased has been a pleasure to have. It is easy to maintain and even easier to figure out. It easily has enough space for all our needs and keeps the food cool and fresh. I'm more than pleased with having made that purchase.

I am happy with my purchase. Inside is roomy and outside is easier to keep clean than my last refrigerator. Love the ice maker. I like the drawers and the bins on the inside of the doors.

So far so good. Looks and feels durable. I hope it lasts a long time.

Good hoses. No problems so far. Fits well, no leaks/cracks/etc.

These hoses are required if you want free installation. My old ice maker was connected with copper tubing. I was afraid to pull it out too far, fearing the tubing might disconnect or crack. This is flexible so I will be able to clean behind and under without a problem. Worth it!

The kit was a very convenient alternative to going to the home store multiple times to pick up all the various parts needed to install the appliance. Does not appear to be of the best quality but is effective and has the required items for various installations. Also, please be aware that it does not contain an internal hammer arrestor that may be required by local code.

This was onstalled with the new fridge and so far no leaks. So works great.

I'm sure this is a perfectly fine product. It's required as part of a fridge purchase which I get. I have a very nice setup already so I returned this - and that was the difficult part. Took forever because in spite of having my online order number and confirmation, there was some problem with the return. I wasn't terribly pleased.

My refrigerator was delivered by two guys did an excellent job setting it up and connecting the waterline , kudos to both of them
