NO ISSUES AT ALL (TO DATE)

The waterline kit seemed to be the only reliable part of the first 2. We have had no issues at all with the 3rd refrigerator or the kit. The installers said it was very easy to connect. One commented how glad he was to see this specific product in use.

Stainless Steel water line for icemaker

Copper is rigid so need to make sure you don't kink it. The stainless steel waterline is a flexible hose with little to no chance of kinking. Nice product!

Good waterline kit

This makes sense because there are varying shapes to choose from depending upon where it is installed. Suggest getting an estimate for water hookup from a private plumber and compare that to the store's special plumbing price. The delivery guys are not plumbers and 98% of the time refuse to do the hookup because they are not plumbers and don't know how even if the salesman says it is included. This will save you frustration and time when the refrigerator is delivered. Even if you have a turnoff valve already, it is probably more than 10 years old and not "adequate" for the delivery guys to use.
