The waterline to my old fridge was a copper pipe that was broken off the fridge, so unfortunately the installers were unable to connect this to my fridge. But they left this with me so I could get someone to connect this to my waterline. Once I realized that this would connect directly to the saddle valve, it was a matter of disconnecting the copper pipe and connecting this to the valve and fridge. Super easy installation, and seems like it’ll hold together better than the copper pipe.

High quality product have had no problems and would recommend this stainless hose over any plastic or any other type.

Nice hose. Matches the color of the large capacity Samsung refrigerator I bought. Easy to install by yourself. Solid and looks really durable. I really like it. It is not just a rubber hose like the one from my old refrigerator. It is esthetically designed to match the refrigerator and even though on the backside of the refrigerator, I still find it appealing.

The refrigerator didn’t come with a water dispenser only ice. I wish it did but I will take it as a learning experience. As for the ice dispenser it works well and the best of all the refrigerator I have had.

This is a very good quality waterline, which was recommended to hook up my new refrigerator’s icemaker. It has enough flexibility in it, so that I can move the refrigerator to vacuum behind it when needed. Highly recommend.

new hose line works like a charm. Not as brittle and non flexible as older lines.

This seemed high quality but it was too short for me. I was able to return with ease and buy a longer one at Home Depot.

Didn't pick this product out per se, when we selected to include "install" with a fridge, this was added to our cart. Turned out we actually didn't even have a water line in the new house we bought - so we had to hire a handyman to install. But it seems it worked fine!

the installation crew installed the new refrigerator with this kit and we had zero issues and needed zero additional parts. super easy process. buy the kit when you purchase your appliance for a seamless installation.

Easy to install and well made. Was a perfect fit for my fridge water line. It's is a bit on a expensive side.
