    This was recommended by best buy although I did get it you don't have to get one unless your getting your fridge installed by best buy I think you can get one cheaper or at least find one with a saddle valve included. It does work and flex really well I could see that helping with limited space for water hookup.

    Waterline hookup was done by delivery guys who were phenomenal and we have had no issues in the past month since having it installed.

    The pros of this there’s a lot of room for two people in this refrigerator. I like the slick look at it and the extra draw. The cons of it is it’s very hard to close the top part of the French doors correctly and it’s constantly beeping at us to come re-close it. The deli drawer is flimsy and keeps going off the rails. The stainless steel is fragile and easily dinged. There is a button that you can push to create ice rapidly. I am glad they have a button because otherwise it is a very slow icemaker This is why I’m giving it a good review not excellent. With a few tweaks, such as a better deli draw, doors that close properly on the top, and a quicker icemaker it would have surpassed excellent.

    Service was excellent. On time, very professional. The two service men got to the task quickly cutting the waterline hole larger and replacing the old water valve with the steel valve that was in the kit. Sealed up the cut hole with a round rim, glued and finished securing the rim. Very professional and efficient work.
