The product is perfectly fine, but when I bought my refrigerator the 6' length is what's included for a standard installation. I think they should use a longer line as the default.

As soon as my fridge was delivered, it was hooked up right away to the water source. This time I have drinking water ( of course , filtered ) , ice and not leaking wherein my whole basement was all flooded. This time they did it right. Thanks!

Connected with no issue and look better than old black tubes

The pros of this there’s a lot of room for two people in this refrigerator. I like the slick look at it and the extra draw. The cons of it is it’s very hard to close the top part of the French doors correctly and it’s constantly beeping at us to come re-close it. The deli drawer is flimsy and keeps going off the rails. The stainless steel is fragile and easily dinged. There is a button that you can push to create ice rapidly. I am glad they have a button because otherwise it is a very slow icemaker This is why I’m giving it a good review not excellent. With a few tweaks, such as a better deli draw, doors that close properly on the top, and a quicker icemaker it would have surpassed excellent.

I needed a water line for my new refrigerator. I could've used the one that was there as it seemed perfectly fine but it made sense to me too replace the line as well in case something went wrong and they tried too blame the old line. Anyway, everything is working just fine.

The kit is for easy installation but need different connectors for different size of supply line that you have, otherwise, you need to buy extra line at home improvement stall. That is what happen to me, and I have to take 1 extra trip to the local Home Depot to purchase the quick connect and the job completed in 5min.

This product is of very good quality. It is also easy to install.

This hook-up was great and made the installation process even better! My husband originally wanted to leave the old one on there but ended up being grateful that we purchased this new one after all. Easy to Connect!
