Then as we were getting done to D Day, I was call by a foreigner who could barely speak English! After listening to the message that was left 5-6 times, I finally got a note that something was wrong with the order! And to call a certain number? I called that number and the first person could not speak very good English either, I tried to decipher the message, but could not! I hung up and called a second number, this lady could speak better English, but the background noise oh kids and chickens made this called to end. The third person I called could speak better English and after being told in very poor English that there was going to be a delay in delivery of the over $4000 order that was placed far enough in advance to prevent this kinda problem, the third person I spoke to about this and found there should be no problem! And I turned out the the morning of the closing, when we arrived at the new house, the Best But truck was there waiting to unload! Thanks , Best Buy?

I agree that if one is going through the trouble to install a new refrigerator, it only makes sense to replace the old refrigerator water supply line. This one is braided so the quality looks first-rate.

It is easy to maintain and even easier to figure out. It easily has enough space for all our needs and keeps the food cool and fresh. I'm more than pleased with having made that purchase.

I think they should use a longer line as the default.
