    The product is perfectly fine, but when I bought my refrigerator the 6' length is what's included for a standard installation. I think they should use a longer line as the default.

    My experience with this kit was great its the install that Best Buy said would happen that I am not too happy about. We were told the refrigerator and stove would be hooked up by the delivery guys and both items the delivery guys had excuses why they could not do it and left us with just dropping off items. I installed myself in less than 30 min so I would say the kit is great and does its job even if the delivery guys fail

    This type of line is the only way to go. I have installed floors for 12 years and 9/10 times we notice the copper and plastic lines had been leaking when we move appliances.

    Hose is fine. Just didn't need but had to buy when purchased refrigerator. I had a relatively new one already installed and installer refused to leave it there which would have allowed me to return the new one.
