    This type of line is the only way to go. I have installed floors for 12 years and 9/10 times we notice the copper and plastic lines had been leaking when we move appliances.

    For years we have had a copper line to deliver water from a wall spigot to our freezer and drinking water compartment. Copper is rigid so need to make sure you don't kink it. The stainless steel waterline is a flexible hose with little to no chance of kinking. Nice product!

    Hose is fine. Just didn't need but had to buy when purchased refrigerator. I had a relatively new one already installed and installer refused to leave it there which would have allowed me to return the new one.

    We have had 3 different refrigerators within the last month (including 2 different brands). The waterline kit seemed to be the only reliable part of the first 2. We have had no issues at all with the 3rd refrigerator or the kit. The installers said it was very easy to connect. One commented how glad he was to see this specific product in use.

    As soon as my fridge was delivered, it was hooked up right away to the water source. This time I have drinking water ( of course , filtered ) , ice and not leaking wherein my whole basement was all flooded. This time they did it right. Thanks!
