    We have had 3 different refrigerators within the last month (including 2 different brands). The waterline kit seemed to be the only reliable part of the first 2. We have had no issues at all with the 3rd refrigerator or the kit. The installers said it was very easy to connect. One commented how glad he was to see this specific product in use.

    Excellent quality kit. I was disappointed to find out that my $3000 refrigerator didn't come with a hose for the waterline - but this kit is a big upgrade from the plastic hoses that used to be the norm. This stainless hose worked well.

    I needed a water line for my new refrigerator. I could've used the one that was there as it seemed perfectly fine but it made sense to me too replace the line as well in case something went wrong and they tried too blame the old line. Anyway, everything is working just fine.
