    There is no way to skip this purchase when buying a new refrigerator. Just have to return when it’s not needed. I guess it’s better for Best Buy to require this and not waste the installer’s time. I can understand this. Customer will also be less upset (than) when the part is needed but it’s not included.

    Needed these for my refrigerator installation. Best Buy made it easy for me by reminding about these. The install guys brought these along with my refrigerator and very quickly connected to waterline. Excellent product.

    Waterline that is great and will not kink or bend like others. I'm glad Best Buy carries this. Other places charge an arm and and a leg for this, but Best Buy has it for a reasonable price.

    I am not sure how to review this item other than to say that the delivery crew installed it and hooked it up to my new refrigerator. It's been approximately six weeks and so far, it's operating as it should - I am able to dispense cold water as expected and so far, no leaks have occurred.

    it was required when I bought my LG refrigerator. It was nice to have it included with the purchase so I don't need to worry about it. the installers new this product so it was easy for them to install.

    Kit was complete for setup. Since I already had a length of copper tubing not everything was needed for my installation.

    We were told we had to purchase this along with our new refrigerator in case it would be needed for the installation by the delivery person but it could be returned for a refund if not needed. They were able to use our existing water line so we took it back to the store and exchanged it for something else we wanted.

    Using this steel waterline is a much needed improvement over the plastic cords. Easy to install and almost fool proof.
