    We like the option of having water and ice from outside the door of the refrigerator, and when ours went out we went to Best Buy to get a replacement. We bought this one and it was easy to install and works perfectly!

    New part for water line install with our new Samsung refrigerator. It is a necessary part, and I would recommend that you change out the old one for this newer stainless one.

    I am so happy this is the stainless steel type water line. I just had a friend that had her older plastic type chewed by her cats while the refrig was out for some wall repairs. Don't think she would have had a problem with this one.

    So, I never actually saw this product, as the Best Buy installer put it in. Since then, it has been hidden behind my fridge. I can only assume that it works as my ice machine and water dispenser are working very well. Also, there does not seem to be a puddle of water coming from under the fridge.

    This item was purchased at and installed by Best Buy. It beats the heck out of the old plastic waterline on my old refrigerator which leaked several different times before it settled in. I like the idea of a stainless steel waterline for the strength it provides.

    Works just like it should. Please know that Best Buy does NOT remove Sub-Zero refrigerators like I was told..

    The installers used the recommended hoses and fittings and so far no leaks or problems. Getting the accessories when you buy the refrigerator is the way to go with Best Buy.

    Best Buy asked me to rate this. I am not really sure how to rate a non–appliance. I guess the best I can do is say it is a necessary part to make the refrigerator work, it is stainless steel so it matches the appliance and it was the part recommended by my salesman who by the way was awesome.

    only had the fridge a month. Water hose HAD to be purchased and installed with new fridge. So far, everything is working fine. Bought water filters for down the road....still using the one that came with the fridge currently.

    Good, safe hose. If you get a new refrigerator or even just move, a good high quality stainless steel water hose is always good to have.
