Very good waterline, but don't commit the same mistake as I did - verify the connection tip on both this product and the water nibble on your kitchen to make sure they fit. The installation tech had to make some adjustments to make mine work, which you can avoid by verifying both connections and buying a 5 dollar connection at a hardware store if needed.

It works. Its a water line. What more can be said?

It’s a heavy duty stainless steel water line for hooking up water to ice dispenser. At this time we chose not to hook up since we do not leave electric on when not in town

this is a great product and works and looks great with stainless fridge. Everything is included and the delivery men did all the work and hooked everything up at no extra cost. I am glad I spent a few bucks to get a quality made and brand new water line hose to go with my great new fridge

Good heavy duty product did exactly as they said it would

My last fridge, a Samsung, did not last more than 8 years, so I really didn't need another hook-up kit. But this kit is "free" with the price of the delivery + installation. The delivery and install guys were great, and this hook-up kit has technically worked fine for 2 refrigerators now.

Was forced to purchase with installation and while I can understand why the installer wanted to put a new line in if my previous line was a flexible line, I have a solid copper line and did not need this. I did return the day after installation with no problems.

Simple easy to use and way better than my original.

Any new water connected appliance should have one of these installed with it. Whether a Refridgerator, Dish washer or washing machine, a new hose should be installed with it because reusing the existing one may lead to leaks because the rubber seals dry out over time

We had our new refrigerator delivered about a month ago. The delivery person was able to quickly install / hook up this stainless steel water line without any issues or difficulty. We have not had any issues since it was installed. Is working great.

As it turned out, I was able to use my existing waterline and didn't need the kit. The Samsung refrigerator was installed about 6 weeks ago and is working beautifully so far. I like the layout of a bottom freezer and french door fridge so much better than my previous side-by-side. Lots of useful space. The circulation is good, keeping all areas of the refrigerator at a consistent temp. I also like the water pitcher included inside better than my previous "in the door" option - and don't miss the crushed ice at all. The pitcher refills quickly and there is no drippy mess on the outside of the fridge anymore. Ice maker is initially slow, but now keeps up with our usage just fine. The fingerprint-proof finish on the stainless is just so-so. So far my only complaint is the minimal adjustability of the shelves. Not enough choices there.

Great waterline for new refrigerator. Strong and well built

I didnt need this, but appreciate that my consultant added it just in case. It was an easy return!

This waterline hookup was exactly what I needed to get my ice maker working on my new refrigerator. Stainless steel is a much better choice than some of the less expensive plastic versions. So easy to install too!
