I purchased a new Samsung stainless steel fridge/freezer and required water kit to hook up to drink dispenser. It came as advertised, easy to fit and has long life.

only had the fridge a month. Water hose HAD to be purchased and installed with new fridge. So far, everything is working fine. Bought water filters for down the road....still using the one that came with the fridge currently.

This item was purchased at and installed by Best Buy. It beats the heck out of the old plastic waterline on my old refrigerator which leaked several different times before it settled in. I like the idea of a stainless steel waterline for the strength it provides.

This item works as expected with our refrigerator.

This was great to have them replace the old waterline, it was 20 years old. I was glad to have it replace for the small fee.

Got the job done well. Hooked my new fridge into the house water line so that the ice maker and water dispenser in the door function quite well. Glad that it's the metal version rather than plastic.

I am so happy this is the stainless steel type water line. I just had a friend that had her older plastic type chewed by her cats while the refrig was out for some wall repairs. Don't think she would have had a problem with this one.

So, I never actually saw this product, as the Best Buy installer put it in. Since then, it has been hidden behind my fridge. I can only assume that it works as my ice machine and water dispenser are working very well. Also, there does not seem to be a puddle of water coming from under the fridge.

All is good and installation was great. The delivery was within the time quoted and a fine job was performed. We are very pleased with the purchases and have already recommended same to others.

This product just so amazing because after I hooded it with my new refrigerator for water and ice maker. I found no leak of water behind my refrigerator at all...I recommended this product to everyone to use it..
