Easy connection… made installation a breeze… highly recommended.

did not need this item. already had a water line from my last refrigerator

Ordered this from BestBuy to hook up Whirlpool fridge and you should think about buying a stainless flex line rather than a plastic unit as it is easier to connect, less chance of leaks, and most importantly better for your health seeing the plastic does eventually break down in the water that you drink.

Upon reading the other reviews, I was impressed with the ratings. I will add my name to the growing list of satisfied buyers! The installer was very happy the quality and ease of installation. The Whirlpool reputation is excellent and that's why their appliances will always be in a house I own.

This system is required for our Best Buy refrigerator hook up, and with good reason. Solid high-quality fittings, braided stainless exterior with just the right length, not too short, but allows the frig to be rolled forward more than it's depth. Smart.

Our plumber recommended a braided stainless steel waterline rather than the cheap plastic variety. The kit included everything we needed to get our new refrigerator connected.

Water line kit seemed to be working fine. The Best Buy installers got it in quickly and we’ve had no problems so far. Worth it to not have em be bothered with installing it ourselves.

As it turned out, I was able to use my existing waterline and didn't need the kit. The Samsung refrigerator was installed about 6 weeks ago and is working beautifully so far. I like the layout of a bottom freezer and french door fridge so much better than my previous side-by-side. Lots of useful space. The circulation is good, keeping all areas of the refrigerator at a consistent temp. I also like the water pitcher included inside better than my previous "in the door" option - and don't miss the crushed ice at all. The pitcher refills quickly and there is no drippy mess on the outside of the fridge anymore. Ice maker is initially slow, but now keeps up with our usage just fine. The fingerprint-proof finish on the stainless is just so-so. So far my only complaint is the minimal adjustability of the shelves. Not enough choices there.

Not too much to say about it, the installers used the kit to hook up the water line. I like that it is stainless steel and not plastic.

My last fridge, a Samsung, did not last more than 8 years, so I really didn't need another hook-up kit. But this kit is "free" with the price of the delivery + installation. The delivery and install guys were great, and this hook-up kit has technically worked fine for 2 refrigerators now.

The technicians that delivered the refrigerator did not hook up the water line and stated they did not do that.
