Stainless steel product gives me the peace of mind I wanted to not worry about potential bursting of the tubing. Have had friends who had thousands of dollars in damage to their hardwood floors when their water line blew so didn't want that to happen to us. Installation of my fridge was included if I bought this item so I paid a higher price than I might have paid had I performed the install myself. In other words, I was captive to buying it at BB but felt that the extra cost was offset by the fact that they were installing for "free" and with that, if anything went wrong, it was an issue they have to make right and not another thing for me to have to deal with. So it was worth it to me.

Exactly the one that my new fridge needs, and a better pricing is always a win! Best buy provided this automatically and there were no issues. It could of been installed with limited knowledge with instructions but i didnt want to screw it up!

Not much to say. This is required with our new refrigerator. It fit and hasn't leaked. Of course, it is good that it's required. No one should put an old line on with a new appliance and new filter.

This kit worked great with my product and made the instillation easy.

new hose line works like a charm. Not as brittle and non flexible as older lines.

Simple product, but worked as expected. This was the default item selected by bestbuy for our fridge install, but it worked perfectly.

The water line kit is a must for refrigerators with ice maker and water dispenser. The kit was perfect for my refrigerator installation.

This came as part of the delivery for my fridge. No issues with the cable, and installing was super easy. For some reason the install team had trouble shutting off the water and recommended I call a plumber. I was able to shut off the water myself and installed it after they left. It’s been about a year and I’ve had no leaks or any other issues.

We were very satifieid with the stainless steel refrigerator waterline kit. The delivery crew were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about how to hook up the waterline kit. They did not rush through the installation and were willing to explain what they were doing to install the kit. My husband was very satisified with the product and the installation.
