    Always Stainless steal Hoses , never rubber. If you have rubber and one ruptures, You will know it... This is the line to Refrigerator. Also these lines are Made for the Clothing Washer, Cheap Insurance.

    We asked about the need when we bought. Assured it was. We have whole house water filter system, used on old refrigerator. We had ample length to use existing water connection. If your water line is not at least as long as this one you will need this item.
