Water line kit seemed to be working fine. The Best Buy installers got it in quickly and we’ve had no problems so far. Worth it to not have em be bothered with installing it ourselves.

Perfect for the need.purchased with new fridge and was able to have installed with fridge. You want a new line with a new fridge.

I kept reading reviews on why you should get a stainless steel line. Even if it's snake oil, it gives me peace of mine for a few dollars extra. Installation is fairly easy, just make sure your installer actually turns on the water! Mine didn't and had me wondering if my fridge was faulty.

As it turned out, I was able to use my existing waterline and didn't need the kit. The Samsung refrigerator was installed about 6 weeks ago and is working beautifully so far. I like the layout of a bottom freezer and french door fridge so much better than my previous side-by-side. Lots of useful space. The circulation is good, keeping all areas of the refrigerator at a consistent temp. I also like the water pitcher included inside better than my previous "in the door" option - and don't miss the crushed ice at all. The pitcher refills quickly and there is no drippy mess on the outside of the fridge anymore. Ice maker is initially slow, but now keeps up with our usage just fine. The fingerprint-proof finish on the stainless is just so-so. So far my only complaint is the minimal adjustability of the shelves. Not enough choices there.

The hose connected well to the refrigerator. It did not leak. We rolled the refrigerator unit back into the space without it coming lose or rupturing. What more can I ask!

Water Line for Ice Maker...Super easy to install! Yeah, yeah...I know I could have found it cheaper at other places but it was an impulse buying trip and since I was getting a Fridge at a super good price, I felt "what the heck" I'm getting all that I need now instead of putting it off until later.

When purchasing my refrigerator from my local Best Buy store, the sales associate added this kit to my order. Since the installation of the refrigerator and water line two weeks ago, I have not had any problems with water or ice dispensing from the front of my refrigerator.

I purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy. They said I needed this hook-up to complete the job. So far I have had no issues so I presume it is doing its job!

This system is required for our Best Buy refrigerator hook up, and with good reason. Solid high-quality fittings, braided stainless exterior with just the right length, not too short, but allows the frig to be rolled forward more than it's depth. Smart.

This new stainless steel refrigerator waterline was an easy to do for the installers. This seems to be a better product than the older rubber only waterline.
