It's a good product for your very professional home.

Much better than the plastic waterline kit that was on our old refrigerator. The stainless steel bends better and doesn't get kinked up when you push the fridge back in place.

The gentlemen were very successful in hooking up my refrigerator as I purchased this product. The ice maker produced ice very soon after the connection was complete. We followed directions and threw away the water and ice that came out first. It's all been great since then.

This way easy to install, price was right and is working great.

It was required with the installation of a new refrigerator unit, It did the job. Worked well for the installers.

I'm not sure why they want to review of this item. I think you have to buy it in order to install whatever it is that you're installing. In my case it was a dishwasher.

Got this fridge water line kit for our new fridge for our new house. Suggested for use with my fridge so I purchased it together as an add on to be delivered with the fridge when it arrived. Works as advertised.

It worked! It did exactly what it claimed to do, connected from my water valve to the refrigerator

This fridge is the best. Has an awesome "super chill" feature that quickly drops the temp for when you first get it, or when you put warm food in to cool it down fast. I put all my food in it and still had an unused shelf. It's very quiet too. The water and ice in the door is easy to use and has a bigger space to fit a tall container. There is a door alarm just in case someone leaves it open. It's loud enough but doesn't scream at you. You'll hear it when you put your food away for the first time and have the door open for a couple minutes at a time. The sliding dividers in the freezer and fridge are nice too. Very well lit. Got this to replace an old side by side from 2001. So far I'm loving the freezer on the bottom. My old fridge made larger, and more ice at a time, but the unit took up a quarter of the freezer. I'll take smaller cubes, and a smaller bin over more space anyday.

The company On Time Delivery and Installation that delivers for BEST BUY, Delivered, Relocated and installed Our Appliances. We had a Refrigerator, Gas Range Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave replaced. They did a Wonderful job All the Way Around. We received Text the day before letting us know they were coming as Scheduled with a time estimate. On the Day of Delivery we received updated text and also Text when they were on the Way. Gabrielle and Ralphel were Excellent on Delivery, Relocation, and installation. They were Professional, Very Knowledgeable and also Personable throughout the entire process. I would Recommend them to Anyone.

I was so very concerned that I had forgotten to order the water line for my new fridge. Luckily, I was able to go to Best Buy online and find exactly the product that fits my fridge, which was also purchased at Best Buy. LOVE their website, it is so very user friendly.

Good value, was installed with the fridge I bought so it was easy and conventient. Price isn't excessive and it's always nice to have a fresh water line.

When you buy a new refrigerator at Best Buy that has an ice maker they insist you buy a new water hose. Their argument is the old one might not be in good condition and you might not be aware of it. OK, I get that. So when my new refrigerator was installed, they used the new hose, even though the old one was in perfect condition. Then the refrigerator wouldn't work so I had them come and get it and I ordered another refrigerator. Guess what? I had to buy a new hose, even though the hose was replaced 3 days ago. The salesman agreed with me but stated there is no way for them to remove it from the order. The only way to handle it is to not use the new one and return it to the store for a refund. So that is what I did, While at the store I decided to walk around, and I ended up in the appliance section and noticed that the same model refrigerator I bought was now on sale for $100 less, so I asked for a price adjustment and got a $100 refund. So, by being forced to buy something I didn't need or want, I saved $100. Nice job Best Buy!!

They worked fine, no leaks, but the length should be shorter in my situation, 2-3 feet would be enough to connect the wall to the appliance.. due to the length and the narrowness, can cause "wall hammer" when feed water in and out of the appliance... But they work, good quality and no leaks..
