great product!! It is what we needed to hook the new Fridge

I bought this with the refrigerator. I upgraded from a plastic line to this one. Worked well with the installation. It was a nice size for the project, which is important. Seems like it will last a long time. Make sure you have some plumbers tape on hand when doing any installation like this. I saw cheaper options, but why go cheap with a $1700+ Fridge.

It has plenty of storage easy to organize and access food. Adjustable shelves. Easy access to the water which has an independent access door to inside the refrigerator, very clever. It has an independent shelf in the middle to use conveniently for snacks or beverages with individual adjustable temperature. The frizer drawer on the bottom has a lot of room, divided in two sections, one for the ice. It makes two sizes of ice Easy to operate, good looking and low mantanace.

This came as part of the delivery for my fridge. No issues with the cable, and installing was super easy. For some reason the install team had trouble shutting off the water and recommended I call a plumber. I was able to shut off the water myself and installed it after they left. It’s been about a year and I’ve had no leaks or any other issues.

The water line kit was purchased when I bought my new refrigerator. It worked as intended. It's easy to install and I had no leaks or problems when I installed it myself.

Durable products and easy installation for a reasonable price

Took a second visit but the two techs who came were courteous and efficient. They looked at situation and determined how to best accommodate water lines - less expensive than previous visit. Thank you for the follow up.

We were very satifieid with the stainless steel refrigerator waterline kit. The delivery crew were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about how to hook up the waterline kit. They did not rush through the installation and were willing to explain what they were doing to install the kit. My husband was very satisified with the product and the installation.

Gets the job done. Been using this for a couple of years now and haven't had any issues with it.

Easy installation with great results. My water tastes great. So, goodbye bottled water. And I love the ice maker as well. It took about a hour to let things settle and now it’s wonderful.

I'm really glad I purchased my refrigerator waterline kit from Best Buy as opposed to purchasing from a big box store. My in-door water dispenser and ice-maker function perfectly. The Best Buy kit helped installation to be quick and easy. Also, I don't have to worry about any problems down the road knowing it's compatible with my refrigerator.

Bought the kit for my refrigerator and it was easy to hook up. It works well, no leaks and the quality is good.

Solid line. Can’t complain I don’t really see how it can be done better. The materials are durable and does not leak. Easy to set up and use.
