No issues with the cable, and installing was super easy. For some reason the install team had trouble shutting off the water and recommended I call a plumber. I was able to shut off the water myself and installed it after they left. It’s been about a year and I’ve had no leaks or any other issues.

The delivery crew were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about how to hook up the waterline kit. They did not rush through the installation and were willing to explain what they were doing to install the kit. My husband was very satisified with the product and the installation.

It replaced old plastic tubing. I feel better about drinking the water from this source. The 6' cord easily reached from my basement up to my refrigerator.
