Singificantly better than the 1/4 inch plastic tubes of old.

Solid Performing H2O Line

It makes a nice tight connection on both ends, and offer ample length to reach the fridge still allowing the fridge to be easily pulled out for cleaning. Stainless will last longer than plastic, the marginal costs are well worth the piece of mind.

We had a copper line but we were told we couldn't use that line. They told us that this line will last a long time and not break. It was easy to install and seems to work very well.
