I had previously purchased an LG refrigerator with BEST BUY and the installation was a nightmare because of my 1950's house doors. The installers were quite surly about the situation. They had to take door off. The haul away and installation took 1.5 hrs. Today, I experienced just the opposite with installation service, and this is with the COvid-19 situation going on. They had t to take off door, no problem. Haul away, no problem. Water connection, no problem. It took all of 20 minutes. Obviously, The installation folks from GT, knew what they were doing and were courteous and smiling with the situation. So I score my installation experience with Best Buy as excellent. I hope my experience with the new LG refrigerator is better this time too. My old LG lasted only a disappointing 7 years.

This waterline fits the Samsung fridge perfectly. Installation by the tech person is easy and quick. No dripping no bad taste in water. Just hope that 1 day Best Buy will include it in the price of the fridge and not as an extra.

easy to install water line. fits great with our Amana fridge. of course I had the professional set up so I did not need to do anything but it would have been easy to install if I had to do it myself.

What can I say the Waterline kit was exactly what I needed. Price was good and it fit perfectly.

Stainless Steel Hose that transfers water from the little plastic spigot in the wall behind the refrigerator, that no-one ever sees, to the connector on the back of the refrigerator, that no-one ever sees, installed by the Best Buy delivery service. So far, water is being transferred from the wall to the refrigerator without issue! No leaking that I can see, but then again, the hose is behind the refrigerator so I wouldn't see it anyways. I have water and ice in my refrigerator now, and without this stainless steel hose, I would have none at all. So this hose has been invaluable in facilitating the presence of water in the door of my refrigerator. The fact that it is made of stainless steel has to be important, because if it was made of paper... well, it would be pretty rubbish. And it cost more than a plastic one, so that means it has to be better, right? Heh! Come on, it's a stainless steel hose. It has two connections, one on each end, and they work. Water flows through it. Job done!

Best fit for Refrigerator and easy to install and connect to sink

If you are installing a new refrigerator with an ice maker, you should get a new waterline kit (not use an old/existing one). We bought this one with our new refrigerator and it worked fine.

I have used plastic lines in the past and have had issues with leaking. With this stainless steel tubing I don't anticipate having any issues with leaking. Also, this hose is very flexible. The water supply for our fridge is at a 90 degree angle to the fridge and this tubing curved sharply in a small space with no issues.

Overall easy setup. Geek Squad came and installed everything with the new refrigerator. They hauled away our old model and installed the new model. No leaks. The unit runs quietly. Would definitely recommend and would purchase again.

It is working great so far! We have had no leaks or issues with this waterline kit.

The hook up worked fine to hook up our new refrigerator. The refrigerator is wonderful. The technicians were wonderful although the scheduling was horrific.

This kit had everything necessary to connect my new fridge to my waterline. Very simple. Only took me about 10 minutes. Perfect when installing a new waterline.
